I am of no political party, and I do not know who will be my Ministers.” Minor rioting continued throughout the night. The palace is strongly guarded, and troops ape posted everywhere. The police are packed in the square fronting the palace. The Civil Guards and artillery have been confined to barracks until the country is settled. 'EXILES RETURN TO SPAIN. A Madrid message says the Minister of the Interior has ordered the arrest of the ariman Francos, who flew to Cadiz on Tuesday.
