Miss .Margaret Bondfield, Minister of Labour, has written to the National As-; sociation of Textile Unions and the Employers’ Association at Bradford announcing that owing to the failure to find a base on which to re'-open direct negotiations as to the wages dispute a new court of inquiry will be appointed.
