BELGIAN POLICE DISCOVERY. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Brussels, Dec. 24. The police have discovered a plot against the Belgian royal family and they have arrested an Italian, who arrived in Brussels last week. He was alleg-. edly a member of an anti-Fascist organisation. The police believe that an attempt to assassinate a member of the royal family was planned on the occasion of their departure for Rome, during the first week in January, to attend the Prince Umberto and Princess Marie Jose wedding.
