SPREADING OF CHINESE WAR. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Shanghai, Nov. 21. Thousands of refugees are pouring into Hankow from the war regions, bringing the war feeling nearer to the population. President Chiang Kai Shek is massing 100,000 < men on the Hunan border to check the Kuominchuns’ advance on Hankow.
