In answer to a question in the House of Commons, the Prime Minister, Mr. Ramsay MacDonald, said that he had not consulted the Dominions regarding the publication of correspondence concerning the resumption of Anglo-Russian relatione. Mr. W. Smithers asked, “Di<| you not raise our hopes on July 11 by stating that the question of publication would be considered. Mr. MacDonald replied, "It was considered and this is the result.”
