CHRISTCHURCH STORE BLAZE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. When the fire brigade and police arrived on the scene of a fire at the Star Stores, Ltd.’s grocery shop ijn High Street at 10 o’clock to-night, they found fires burning fiercely in two separate parts of the shop and the door leading from the yard at the rear into the store room broken open, with three sets of jemmy marks showing how entry was effected. It was an obvious case of incendiarism. Fairly extensive damage was done to tho shop, property and stock, but little damage was caused to the building.
