DR. CURTIUS ACTING MINISTER. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Berlin, Oct. 4. Dr. Curtius, Minister of Economic Affairs, has been appointed acting-For-cign Minister in succession to Dr. Stresemann. . A later message states that Dr. Stresemann always had the highest opinion of Dr. Curtius’ political insight and understanding and that he designated him as his successor.
