NO RETURNS FOR INCOME TAX. By Telegra.ph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. “This man seeing to have entirely ignored his obligations; he has not’ made any returns for some time,” said Mr. E. Page, S.M., this morning when fining Alfred Dempsey £25 for failing to furnish income tax returns.
