VITAL ISSUE TO MINISTRY.'

The Prime Minister, Mr. S. M. Bruce, addressing the Constitutional Association to-day, hinted that the. vote on the Arbitration Court Abolition Bill would be made vital to the political existence of the Ministry. He claimed his action in excluding Messrs. Hughes and Mann from the party meetings was actuated by the best of motives and in the interests of good government.
