BOROUGH REGULATIONS TO APPLY By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. (By Wire —Parliamentary Reporter.) Mr. W. J. Polson gave notice in the House ol Representatives to-day to ask the Minister of Health whether in view of the increasing number of people building residences within a county but adjacent-to a borough so as to avoid the sanitation and other buildings requirements of the borough he will bring down legislation to provide that where suburban conditions exist within an urban district then the suburban sanitary and other building requirements shall be enforced in that suburban area

in the same way as' though the suburban area were comprised within the boundaries of the adjacent borough.
