ANXIETY IN MANCHURIA
DRILLING OF SOVIET TROOPS.

Shanghai, July 26.
Anxiety still exists in Manchuria, following the arrival of the Chinese Consul and staff and their families, who report ill-treatment of the Chinese community at Vladivostock and the refusal of the” Soviet to supply food. It is stated that Soviet troops are drilling night and day. Motors and other vehicles have ben commandeered.
