TRAGEDY IN TAUPIRI MINE.

Hamilton, July 27. Samuel Broadbent was killed by a fall of ?oal while working in the Rotowaro mine of the Taupiri Company last night. Mr. Broadbent was a returnedsoldier, aged 50, married, with no vhildren. His workmate, J. O'Brien, escaped with bruises.
