UNITED STATES FARM RELIEF
ADMINISTRATION OF LOAN FUND. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received July 18, 8.20 p.m. Washington, July 17. The Farm Board has announced that loans from the 150,000,000 dollar farm relief fund held for the use of the board will not be made to agricultural interests until the board has formulated a definite credit policy, nor until the interests needing credit exhaust their borrowing facilities at private banks or federal intermediate credit banks. The additional member of the board who is shortly to be appointed by President Hoover is expected to be an expert, who will deal entirely with the problem of surplus wheat.
