IMPRISONMENT FOR THEFT
MAN’S ATTEMPT TO SELL CYCLE.

Christchurch, June 8.
Imprisonment for 30 days was the sentence imposed by Mr. O. E. Levvey, S.M., on Robert Henry Stratton, aged 27, convicted of having stolen a bicycle. Stratton had taken the bicycle, worth £9, from the front of an hotel and had tried to sell it for £1 10s.
