TRAFFIC PROBLEM IN PARIS
NEW RULES EXAMPLE FOR LONDON
London, Sept. 26. London, where the traffic problem is daily becoming mor© acute, might well follow the example of Paris, says the Daily Mail. It directs attention to new rules for speeding up traffic in the French capital. These provide for shorter stops at difficult crossroads, the elimination of horse-drawn traffic in the main streets and an elaborate system of lamp and bell signals.
