A shock has been created by the news that a prominent ex-banker, Ferdinand Artmann, has been murdered and that his wife committed suicide. The sensation is intensified by the arrest of their son Ferlinand, aged 16, who confessed to patricide. They boy Ferdinand detested his studies and' desired to become a film actor. He knew his father’s life was insured for £2OOO. The post-mortem indicates that the son may have murdered both his parents.
