LADIES’ MINIATURE CLUB. Despite wet weather, there was a good attendance of ladies of the New Plymouth Miniature Rifle Club at the range On Tuesday night. Misses Ram sen, Kretselunar and Philpott tied in the “button” competition with scores ol 48, Miss Ramson winning in the fire-off with 49—one off the possible. Details of the championship and handicap shooting arc:—Championship Series.—Miss Philpott, 48; Misses Kretsehmar, A. Harvey and 48, Miss Ramson winning in the fire-off 46; Misses Corney and Medley, 45; Miss Pope, 44; Miss Hasell/ 42; Miss O'Rourke, 39; two scores below 35. Handicap.—Miss Philpott, 48 —1—49; Miss Kretsehmar, 47—1—18; Misses G. Harvey and Bell, 47 —scr —47; Misses E. Harvey and Ramson, 46—1—47; Miss Corney, 45—1—46; Miss O’Rourke. 39 6—45.
