Another outrage has been committed by the notorious Bias Bay pirates, who boarded the Chinese steamer Hisnwah, bound from Shanghai to Hongkong. A Chinese gunboat appeared and the pirates made off, taking the booty with them. Five passengers were also taken as captives.
