FORTY-FIVE MILLIONS TO DATE. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Nov. 15, 5.5 p.m. London, Nov. 14. Tn the House of Commons, Mr, Samuel informed a questioner that Britain's total receipts to November 12 from German reparations, including Belgian war debts, amounted to £45,000,006. The receipts from war debts from Italy to £8,000,000, from France to £7,900,000, and from other countries to £500,000. The total reparation and war debts receipts amounted to £60,000,000. Britain’s payments in war debts to the United States totalled £194,000,000. Sir Austen Chamberlain told an inquirer that the question of the renewal of the Angio-.imerican Arbitration Treaty of HMIS, expiring in 1928, was at present subject to discussion with tba Dominions.
