Mr. Bavin has submitted the following Cabinet to the Governor:— Premier and Treasurer, Mr. Bavin. Attorney-General and Vice-President of the Executive Council, Air. Bovce, Chief Secretary, Mr. Bruntnel). • Minister of Public Works and Railways, Mr. Biittenshaw. Minister of lamd, Mr. Ball. Minister of Agriculture, Mr. Thorby. Minister of Education, Mr. Drummond. Minister of Local Government, Mr. Bruxner. Minister of Mines and Forests, Mr Chaffey. Minister of Justice, Mr. Lee. Minister of Labour and Industry, Mr. Farrar. Minister of Health, Mr. Arthur. Assistant Treasurer, Mr. Stevens. Minister in Council, Mr. Ryan. Mr. Bavin stated that Sir” George Fuller had been offered a position in the Cabinet, but had declined it. The Labour caucus elected Mr. Lang leader unopposed.
