RECOUNT OF ELECTION MADE. MR. HINE GAINS GREATER LEAD. Mr. W. C. Robinson, chief clerk of the Agricultural Department, has announced the result of the recount for the Dairy Control Board election, which was conducted by postal ballot, the voting being on the basis of tonnage votes, and not the votes of suppliers.
