MR. BRUCE’S INVESTIGATIONS. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Jan. 7, 10.40 p.m. Ottawa, Jan. 7. According to a statement by Mr. S. M. Bruce at Toronto, the public ownership methods of Ontario in the development of power are to be applied to Australian problems similar in nature, upon his return home. This is the result of his visit to the Niagara Falls plants of the Ontario hydro-electric power commission.
