The liquidators of the New Zealand and South Seas Exhibition Company (Lid.), have deviated a second and final dividend of 3s 7d in the £1 on all share capital and donations, thus making, with th* first dividend already paid, a total refund of 16s Id in the £l. The liquidators’ statement of accounts for the period from July 20 last to the Completion of the liquidation, shows that £13,197 le 5d was received from salvage, £5OO 10s 8d from sundry debtors, £609 4s3d from Interest, and £122 5s fid from sundry recoveries. Among the payments were £1269 4s 2d on buildings and erections, £149 13s 3d on general expenses, £689 18s on a pictorial history of the exhibition, and £064 18s 9d for the official record. The payment of the first dividend of 12s fid in the £1 absorbed £51,755 13s fid, and the payment of the second dividend absorbs £14,836 12s 7d.
