SERBIA’S “GRAND OLD MAN.’ By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright. Received Dee. 12, 5.5 p.m. Belgrade, Dec. 11. «M. Pashitch, the “grand old man” of Serbia, died in harness at the age of 83. He was seized by an apoplectic fit just as he received a summons from the King to form a Cabinet with the support of the Radical Party, the present Radical Prime Minister, Wzunovitch, having failed to reform his Cabinet after a political crisis.
