JUDGMENTS IN NEW PLYMOUTH. Judgment for plaintiff by default was given in the following undefended cases by Mr. R. W. Tate, S.M., at New Plymouth yesterday: Arnold George v. Tipene Tioko, £5 (costs £1 13s 6d); Robert Alexander Taylor v. William Large, 7s 6d (costs 8s); Taranaki Trade Association v. Samuel Richards, £1 10s lid (costs 8s); same v. Frank Willis, £l3 15s (costs £2 14s); same v. Max McLean, IDs 6d (costs 8s); Weston and Billing v. Ivy May Bell, £6 18s (costs £1 10s Gd); Standish and Anderson v. Kaitapapa, £3 13s (id (costs £1 8s Gd) ; B. Wcale v. J. P. Weale, £l9 (costs £2 14s); L. M. Moss v. James K. Silby, £ll 4s 3d (costs £3 4s). Under a judgment summons, A. J. Fraser, who did not appear, was ordered to pay Henry Pierson £2 forthwith, in default two days’ imprisonment. Unless Frederick Grange pays £1 9s 6d on or before December 16 to Darby and Hannan, Ltd., he will have to serve a day in prison, according to the order made. Counsel for plaintiff said Grange was a married labourer with five children. Judgment was obtained originally on October 8, 1925.
