SIR ALAN COBHAM

With a capital of £190,000, a private company, Alan Cobham Aviation Limited, has been formed to make aeroplanes, airships and aerobuscs. Sir Alan Cobham is permanent director. Received Nov. 25, 9.40 p.m. New York, Nov. 25. Sir Alan and Lady Cobha'm arrived in quarantine aboard the liner Homeric. They will fly in a small place to-mor-■row over the city, landing at the Battery, where they will be met by members of the Aeronautical Club and the Chamber of Commerce. Afterwards they will attend a dinner given in their honour at the Hotel Waldorf Astoria.
