The Daily News’ Berlin correspondent states that the Togeblatt’s Hague correspondent asserts that the ex-Kaiser is determined to return to Germany and live in Homburg Castle, owing, to his ill-health and the intolerable Dutch climate. It is reported that he has conferred with the Dutch Minister of the Interior in this connection and has also sounded Downing Street, through highly placed persons, regarding the British attitude.
