REFLOATING ATTEMPTS FAIL. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Brisbane, Sept. 11. Several unsuccessful attempts have been made by the steamer Rio Dorado to refloat the steamer Rio Claro, but on each occasion th© tow-line broke. Should further attempts prove unsuccessful, a portion of the cargo will be jettisoned. The weather is rough, but the ship is not leaking.
