The police are investigating an amazing story wliich alleges that Eino Borg, the noted runner, who is a member of the Communist Workers’ Sports Federation, has transferred his allegiance to a bourgeois club in order to enter a race in which Nurmi ie competing.
Borg failed to appear, and it is alleged Dial he had been threatened with death if he participated in bourgeois matches.
