At th© inquest oil tlie bodies of Mrs. ■Haise and her three children, who were found hanging side by side at Pattore Heath, it was elicited that two of th© children were on th© eve of going to spend a month with the father in accordance with the provisions of a deed of separation, for which he sent a cheque to pay expenses. He knew nothing of the existence of the third child. The coroner said the obvious cause of the tragedy was the mother’s fear that the children would tell the father about their baby sietei.
