MANY WORKERS GASSED. FOUR DEAD; FIVE MISSING. By Telegraph—Press Assn.— Copyright. Received Aug. 18, 7.35 p.m. Capetown, Aug. 17. A fire in the seventh level at Brakpan mines resulted in many native and a number of European workers being gassed. Four natives are dead and five are missing. The outbreak was isolated.
