COMPULSORY CONTROL.
MANAWATU OPPOSITION, By Telegraph.—Press Association. Palmerston N., June 11. The directors of the Baincsse Dairy Company passed a resolution to notify the Dairy Control Board and the Prime Minister that immediately the board attempted to seize their butter and cheese under compulsion the company would take such legal proceedings as might protect the rights of the factory and the shareholders.
