HER PREMIER HONOURED. By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright. Received Oct. 7, 7.30 p.m. London, Oct. 6. The Empire Parliamentary Association gave a luncheon to the Hon. U. PMifsud, the first Prime Minister of Malta to visit Britain since the grant of self-government. The Secretary for the Dominions (Mr. L. C. M. S. Amery), who presided, emphasised the real success of the constitutional experiment in Malta five years ago.
