WILLIAMS, who has disposed of his farm, to sell as above— WITHOUT RESERVE. the whole of Dairy Herd, Stock, Implements, Furniture, Sundries, etc., including, 33 DAIRY COWS. 4 in-calf heifers. 6 Jersey weaner heifers. 1 pedigree Jersey bull (Hawkesbury Grand Boy, 5458). 3 farm horses (all work). Tip dray and harness, saddle and bridle, cans and buckets, disc, tyne and tripod harrows, trees, chains, . 2in. water pump and piping, stone mower, stocks and dies, steel drill, windmill frame, vac. pump, farm tools and sundries. Also all his Household Furniture, including Rimu and iron double and single beds, chesterfield, easy chairs, Morris chair, tables, pictures, caripet square (12 x 9), fire screen, sideboard, kerb and irons, bookcase, duchesses, pedestal, mattresses, blankets, pillows, rugs, carpet sweeper, preserving jars and jam jars, two burner kerosene stove (nearly new), crockery, kitchen furniture, chairs, meat safe, utensils, and many sundries. NOTE.—The cows are mostly second and third calvers, with the exception of a few all well into the Jersey. In calf to pedigree Jersey bulls. Last year returns were 3001bs fat per cow, and cows were under association test and were heavily culled accordingly. Stock may remain on farm for few days to suit purchasers. ATKINS: 1 school pony, sound and quiet. These cow’s are a very choice lot of high grade Jerseys due to calve in July and August, and are all by and in-calf to pedigree bulls. They are young, and in first-class condition and can be recommended to anyone desirous of increasing their butter-fat returns. The heifers are in-calf to a pedigree bull whose dam has a C.O.R. of 5361bs fat. Individual dates will be given at the sale. Light Luncheon Provided.
