NOTE.—This is a Jersey and Jersey cros-s herd slightly above the average and in good condition. Forty of them are due in July, and the remainder in August. Lever Plough, Tyne and Chain Harrows, Discs, Gig and Spring Cart Harness, Milk Cans, Cream Cans, 2 Milking Machine Buckets, Posts, Wire, Timber, Pig Troughs, 40 Fowls (White Leghorns). With Slight Reserve.—Treloar Milking Machine, only 2 years use. Arrangements have been made by the vendor to have machines re-erected and guaranteed in first-class order by Treloar’s, Ltd., Hawera, free of cost to purchaser. NOTE: This is a young herd of Jersey Cows, with a few exceptions. The majority are rising fourth calvers, six second calvers, all except five being due in August, dates given at sale. They are in calf to Pedigree Jersey Bulls. The Vendor has culled very heavily and had no intention of selling until a few' weeks ago. The average test is 4.5, and we are of the opinion that these cows will do well wherever taken. Light Luncheon Provided.

Also s.f. plough, tripod harrows, discs, trees and chains, dray and harness, gig and harness, six milk cans, and sundries. NOTE. —These cows are mostly Jersey cross and a good percentage are 2nd and 3rd calvers, due to calve in August. They have been milked on hilly country and should do well out in the open.
