CONTROL OF CHEESE.

CANADA AND NEW ZEALAND. h ( . MOVE TO JOIN FORCES. SUGGESTION (FROM CANADA. (By Wire —Special to News.) Hamilton, Last Night. Official particulars of an interesting and important comimunication, stating that Canadian cheese interests want to join forces with New Zealand, have just come to hand. The United Dairymen’s Co-operative, Ltd., of Ontario, makes this statement: “Dairy organisation work is proceeding fairly rapidly in Canada this year. The Quebec Co-operative and our own company will handle approximately half the cheese exported from Canada. We have (held a meeting recently to consider tihe advisability of forming cheese pools for the two provinces, where 97 per cent, of our cheese is produced, with the object of linking up with the New Zealand Control Board in the feeding of the British market with cheese, as they and we between us would control approximately 80 per cent, of the cheese imported by Britain.”
