VISIT*TO NEW PLYMOUTH. JULY 15 SUGGESTED DATE. The Governor-General (Sir Charles Ftrgusson) and Lady Fergusson desir® to pay their first official visit to New Plymouth as soon as possible, according to information contained in a letter received yesterday from the GovernorGeneral's secretary by the Mayor of New Plymouth (Mr. F. E. Wilson). Their Excellencies suggest that, subject to Parliamentary calls not interfering, they should arrive at New Plymouth from Wanganui iby the mail train on the evening of Wednesday. June 15, and leave on the following Saturday morning. The party will possibly include Their Excellencies’ daughter and Miss Orr-Ewing.
