The Duchess of Westminster was § -anted a divorce on the grounds of the uke’s misconduct with a married woman at Monte Carlo. The case was removed from the special jury list and was heard as an undefended suit. The Duchess gave evidence that while staying vn board a yacht at Monte Carlo the Duke angrily ‘declined to cease his associations with women, and asserted that he would live as he liked. He admitted living with several women. Petitioner thereupon left the yacht.
