FOR THE PLUNKET SOCIETY.
SUCCESSFUL SECOND CONCERT. Th* splendid selection of musical items rendered at the second concert held in aid of the New Plymouth branch of the Plunket Society at the Rolland Hall last night, attracted a large attendance of the public. The programme presented was an extensive and varied and the efforts of the performers were greatly appreciated by the audience. The items given were as follow: Songs, Mesdames Ferry, McDonald, Connell, Miss R. Hobson (with violin obligate by Mr. A. Brodie), Messrs. L. G. Kohn, A. B. MacDonald, N. (by request), and Davidson; danfCE. Miss Elwyn Riley; flute and clarionet duet, Messis. L. Bosworth and K. Ward; t "interlude, Mrs. A. Adam (nurse), R. Hobson (patient), and Mr. G. eu (dentist;: <-omedy sketch, M‘-s-A. Adam, F. Kircher, and Miss jteon.
