He is also taking the portfolio of Foreign Affairs, which means that the policy of the Ministry, the composition of which will be officially announced on May 12, is practically identical with that of the TheunU Cabinet. M. de Wyvere has retained seven of the Catholic Theunis Ministers, replacing four Liberals by prominent men outside politics.
