A PRESS CRITICISM. By Telegraph—Prese Assn--Copyright Received May 11, 10.5 p.m. London, May 11. The newspapers are giving prominence to the New Zealand loan. The Daily Express says it is possible that a portion of the loan may have to be remitted to New Zealand in gold, therefore, for the moment, “we do not want to encourage colonial borrowing, though a considerable amount is to be spent in Britain.”
