DEAD BODY FOUND.
FOUL PLAY SUSPECTED. Telegraph—Press Assn —Copyright Melbourne, April 7. Investigations by the police into the circumstances of the finding of the body of Phillip Willcox partly submerged in Narracan Creek near Moe have led to the opinion that he was the victim of foul play. When the body was found there was an ugly wound on the forehead, which is believed to have bean inflicted, by a sharp instrument. A purse containing money was found on the body and a doublebarrelled shotgun loaded in both chambers was found in a cart nearby. What are believed to be bloodstains were discovered on the triggers and stock,
