Prices show a 10 to 15 per cent. rise. There was a good average representative selection. There was an enormous attendance, including French, German and American buyers, the sale room being packed to its utmost capacity- There was a strong and buoyant tone and very keen competition, all sections operating freely. All merinos were 10 per cent, up; medium to low crossbreds, 10 to 15 per cent, up; fine, none offering; slipes, 5 to 7i per cent. up. New Zealand slipes, C.F.M./Belfast, sold at 37Jd.
