REPORT OF COMMITTEE. (By Wire—Parliamentary Reporter.) Wellington, Last Night Mr. T. K. Sidey’s Summer-time Bill was reported with amendments in the House to-day by the special committee which was set up to deal with it. Ar amended the Bill provides that summertime shall commence on November 1 instead of October 1.
