Exchange on Berlin Is quoted at 15 to 20 billion marks to the pound, the same quotation as on December 21. LONDON MARKETS. Received Dec. 28, 8.55 p.m. London, Dec. 27. The Bradford wool market is firm. Business is quiet and quotations are unchanged. There is a holiday market for wheat cargoes, but parcels are steady for near positions. Australian cargoes for December are offering at 46a and January-February (new) at 455. There ia no business. Spot quotations are unchanged. Sugar is unchanged. LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE. Received Dec. 28, 8.55 p.m. London, Dee. 27. The Stock Exchange re-opened with a cheerful tone, though business is small. LONDON METAL MARKET. Received Dec. 28, 10.10 p.m. London, Dec. 28.
