OUTBREAK IN NEW GUINEA. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—-Copyright. Received Nov. 14, 1.10 a.m. Sydney, Nov. 13. Advices received here state that fire destroyed the north-eastern quarter of Chinatown at Rabaul. The loss is estimated at £BOO.OOO. Three hundred people were rendered homeless. The section destroyed consists mainly of tailors, storekeepers, sample rooms and bulk stores.
