REFUSAL TO APOLOGISE. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. London, July 8. The Independent Labor Party’s meeting at Glasgow resolved to demand that the House of Commons should unconditionally reinstate Messrs. Wheatley, Maxton, Stephen and Buchanan, all of whom, it was stated, refused to withdraw their remarks or apologise.
