£1 FOR £1 WANTED. (From Our Own Reporter.) Hawera, July 9. Judging by the correspondence received by the Hawera Hospital Board to-day feeling is strong among Hospital Boards at the Government’s system of allocating hospital subsidies. A number of boards wrote expressing the opinion that the Government should give a flat rate of £ for £ to the boards’ funds, and that legislation should be introduced accordingly.
