COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICES. INGLEWOOD COUNTY COUNCIL SPECIAL LOAN OF £3275. T HE Inglewood County Council hereby gives public notice that it proposes to borrow the sum of £3275 by way of Special Loan under the provisions of “The Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913.” (a) The particular purpose for which the loan is required is: The erection of two Concrete Bridges on the Junction Road, over the Ngatoro and Maketawa Streams. (b) The sum proposed to be borrowed for all such purposes is £3275, at a rate of interest not exceeding £4 10s. per centum per annum, plus a sinking fund of £1 2s 2d per centum per annum. (cl The proposed security for the said loan of £3275. and the interest and sinking fund thereon, is a Special 'Rate of eleven one hundredths (11-100) of a penny in the pound on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the said County, such Special Rate to be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and a half years or until the loan is fully paid off. (d) It is proposed to pay out of the said loan the interest and sinking fund thereon for the first year. It is NOT proposed to pay out of the loan the cost of raising the loan. The proposed, security jfor the said loan of £l3OO, and the interest and sinking fund thereon, is a Special Rate of Six Hundredths (6-100) of a penny in the pound on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the said County, such Special Rate to be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, being a period of twentyfive years, or until the loan is fully paid off. (d) It is proposed to pay out of the said loan the interest and sinking fund thereon for the first year. It is NOT proposed to pay out of the loan the cost of raising the loan.
