COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICES. INGLEWOOD COUNTY COUNCIL. SPECIAL LOAN OF £20,425. rpHE Inglewood County Council hereby gives public notice that it proposes to borrow the sum of £20,425 by way of Special Loan under the provisions of “The Local Bodice’ Loans Act, 1913.” (a) The particular purpose for which the loan is required is: The Improvement of the Main -Roads of the County, and in particular: Junction Road from Waiwakaiho River to Inglewood Borough; Mountain Road from Waipuku Stream to Waiongona Stream; Junction Road from Inglewood Borough to Kaimata; equally between Junction Road cast of Kaimata and the Lepper Road South of Junction Road. (b) The sum proposed to be borrowed for all such purposes is £20,425, at a rate of interest not exceeding £5 10s. per centum per annum, plus a sinking fund of one and one half per centum per annum. (c) The proposed security for the said loan of £20,425, and the interest and sinking fund thereon, is a Special Rate of eighttenths (8-10) of a penny in the pound on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the said County, such Special Rate to be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty-five years, or until the loan is fully paid off. (d) It is proposed to pay out of the said loan the interest and sinking fund thereon for the first year. It is NOT proposed to pay out of the loan the cost of raising the loan.
